Position:
RML-PH is currently seeking a detail-oriented and communicative individual to join our team as a Route Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing dispatch operations, ensuring efficient coordination of resources, and timely response to service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to client locations in response to service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including time of call, location, and technician assigned.
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on service status.
- Ensure timely and efficient scheduling of appointments and service calls.
- Monitor technician progress and provide support as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and schedule service requests based on urgency and resource availability.
- Assist in data entry tasks as needed, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information entered.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to maintain quality and regulatory compliance.
- Uphold confidentiality protocols and protect sensitive information related to dispatch operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in phone-based customer service.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry.
- Nice to have: Previous experience in dispatch operations.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Ideal Start Date: As soon as possible
Overnight: Hiring managers will discuss shifts with candidates.
Opener: 8 PM - 5 AM and 10 PM - 7 AM
Mid: 2 AM - 11 AM and 4 AM - 1 PM
Closer: 11 AM - 8 PM

Salary: Php 25,000 per month
Benefits:

- Monetary compensation: 13th-month pay and overtime.
- New Hires begin as contractors for the first two months before they are eligible for a review for direct employment.
