Job Overview:
We are seeking a Coordinator to manage outbound calls for scheduling patient lab appointments and ensure the efficient coordination of resources. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills to deliver a seamless scheduling experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to schedule patient lab appointments, ensuring accuracy in appointment details.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of patient schedules, including call logs and appointment confirmations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members to gather necessary information and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and coordinate appointments based on urgency and availability.
- Monitor schedules to ensure timely lab visits and address scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Follow established protocols to uphold data confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks to support dispatch operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience: At least 6 months of call center experience.
- Strong call-handling skills, with experience in both outbound and inbound calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Spreadsheets and data entry tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Work Setup:
- Location: Remote – Quezon City, PH
- Schedule: Full-time
- Equipment should be provided by applicants.
