Job Overview:
We are seeking a Coordinator to manage outbound calls for scheduling patient lab appointments and ensure the efficient coordination of resources. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills to deliver a seamless scheduling experience for patients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to schedule patient lab appointments, ensuring accuracy in appointment details.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of patient schedules, including call logs and appointment confirmations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members to gather necessary information and address inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize and coordinate appointments based on urgency and availability.
  • Monitor schedules to ensure timely lab visits and address scheduling conflicts proactively.
  • Follow established protocols to uphold data confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks to support dispatch operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the team.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience: At least 6 months of call center experience.
  • Strong call-handling skills, with experience in both outbound and inbound calls.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Spreadsheets and data entry tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Work Setup:

  • Location: Remote – Quezon City, PH
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Equipment should be provided by applicants.
